What to Expect
With Restoration Tree Care, you can expect excellence from start to finish. We believe a job is not done until it is done right.
We desire for you to experience this principle from beginning to end. We are licensed and insured with both general liability and full workers’ compensation. When you contact us for a free quote, we will set up a time to meet you and to carefully assess your needs and desires for your property. Once we mutually determine your property’s unique needs, we will agree upon a plan of action, timeframe, and financial estimate.
You will receive this quote and job description in writing to affirm that we are in agreement before we start the job.

Once this process is complete and you have selected our tree care company for the job, we will show up on time and will work diligently from start to finish, communicating clearly, answering any questions, and fulfilling expectations all along the way.
At Restoration Tree Care, we offer many unique and specialized practices that allow us to provide you with a quality and level of service that sets us apart.
For example, we incorporate controlled rigging to lower limbs and trunk cross-sections slowly (rather than just dropping them). We also specialize in using practices and equipment other than spikes to ascend any trees that are not being entirely removed. In so doing, we prevent unnecessary and detrimental wounds that would threaten the health of your trees for decades. We pride ourselves in protecting your property during the operation. Therefore, we layout protective mats to prevent property damage.
We offer our services at competitive market-value prices, as we aim to offer extraordinary service at ordinary cost.
We do not accept payment until the job is completed to your satisfaction. We will never charge you more than the quote provided, even if the job takes us longer than expected.
If permits are required for your property’s plan of action, we will let you know. We are able to apply for necessary permits on your behalf.

A portion of all proceeds that come through our company go directly to help free and restore the lives of women and children who are victims of human trafficking around the world.
