After an unsatisfactory interaction with another tree company, I contacted Restoration Tree Care. I am so glad that I did, because from the very first phone call to them... I was completely happy with EVERYTHING. Phone calls were returned, and a detailed professional estimate (with pictures of my targeted trees & limbs) was provided - which assured me that trees would be trimmed and/or removed as discussed. Thomas Mercer was very friendly & nice, and also very knowledgeable in his capacity as an arborist. What I also liked, was that he wasn't as focused on "butchering" trees (in regard to tree-trimming) as the other company had been... when it really wasn't necessary. All throughout the process, there was great communication via email and phone... and they arrived on time - at the appointed time - on the appointed DAY. I was completely satisfied with the work that was done... and they were even able to save a few of my privet bushes, to retain a bit of privacy (as I had asked for them to try to do) when they cut down some dead red-tips that were intermingled with them! 🙂 As far as pricing... I would say that their prices are competitive and fair. Bottom line: If I ever need any more tree work done... I will deal with this company exclusively... as long as they are still in business! I would highly recommend them to ANYONE. 🙂

Thomas and the crew were on time and did everything in a very professional way as to our agreement. They have the equipment to deal with the most difficult tree removals. You cannot get a better tree company than Restoration Tree Care.

I hired Restoration Tress Care to remove three huge Leland Cypress trees around my drive way. When I reached out to them to get a quote, Thomas contacted me and was out in a matter of days to take a look at my trees. I was not home so he even talked to me neighbor to asked him questions to make him aware of how they would handle the job and not destroy his shrubs. When it was time to cut the trees they arrived early and was very professional. I really appreciated their attention to safety and the care and time they took to do the job right. They cleaned up the job site when they were done and hauled away all of the debris. I love their motto of over communicating to make sure everyone is on the same page and their is no misunderstanding. I would highly recommend them and will have them back if I need to remove any trees in my backyard. Thomas and his crew are awesome, if you need tree service you should give them a call.

Thomas Mercer and his team at Restoration Tree Care removed a huge red oak that had fallen at a 45 degree angle across a creek into another oak. More importantly, he identified a very dangerous situation with a 120’ ash tree next to the creek that was almost completely rotten with only a 3” band of healthy wood next to the bark. We will continue to rely upon his excellent advice regarding the trees on our property, and we enthusiastically recommend his services.
